Male, Professor, Ph.D Supervisor, born in August, 1946, Xiaogan , Hubei

He is the expert enjoying special government subsidy from the State Council.

 

Backgrounds:

He has graduated from the Maths Department of Wuhan University in 1969.

He has ever been the teacher in Computer School of Wuhan University.

He has ever been the director of Computer Center of Wuhan University.

Now, he has been the director of E-Government Research Center and has been engaged in Teaching and Research work of State Key Laboratory of Software Engineering.

He has been in charge of about 30 Scientific Research Project and has published more than 50 papers and issued one works and one teaching material.

He has supervised 6 Doctors and 27 Masters.

He has designed “Overall Design Plan of E-government of Wuhan City”, “Overall Design Plan of E-government of Hubei Province” and “Loan Consulting Project Of World Bank—Intelligent Transportation Plan.”
