His research fruit—“Asynchronous Parallel algorithm” has gained the first-class prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Prizes of National Commission of Education in 1992;

“Several Issues about Asynchronous Parallel algorithm and Domain Decomposition Method” has gained the Fourth-class Prize of the Sixth National Natural Science Prize in 1994;

“Parallel Evolutionary Algorithms for Optimization and Modeling ” has gained the first-class prize of Natural Science Prize of Hubei Province in 2005;

He has been to America , Australia and HongKong many times for taking part in international meetings. He has supervised more than 20 masters and been in charge of several professional courses of Master and Ph.D.
