Backgrounds:

From July 1986 to June 1998, he has worked for Computer School of Original Wuhan Survey Science University and been a speaker of 8 computer subjects. In addition, he has been the Standing Director and Secretary—General of Teenager Computer Educational Committee of Hubei Province, the Standing Director of Teenager Computer Contest Committee. In 1992, he cultivated an international informatics Olympic champion and recommended several students to some universities such as Tsinghua University for more-advanced studying;

From July 1998 to March 2001, he has worked for Japan Hitachi Software Manufacturing Institute and acted as the principal of E-government Platform Technical Development of Puhe Government Institute

From April 2001 to November 2003, he has worked in Japan PSB in charge of Software Platform design and development of Japan JCB Credit Card;

From December 2003 to now, he works in State Key Laboratory of Software Engineering and meanwhile he holds the posts of the expert of E-government Overall Design Group of Hubei Province; the expert of Supervision Qualification Assessment Group of Hubei Province Information System Engineering; the assessment expert of industry foundation project of Hubei Province Information Industry Department and the assessment expert of Hubei Province Software Industry Association.

During the period of work, he has utilized CMM4-level software engineering managing means to direct a large-size development group and develop more than 40 high-quality software system and accumulated many precious experience in aspects of managing and developing of computer system engineering and system testing and etc..
